Johnny Colt was first introduced to yoga by his wife In 1996. After walking on to his yoga mat Johnny’s life would change forever, Including leaving a successful career in part to teach yoga full time.

Johnny primarily studied Iyengar yoga under the guiding eye of intermediate senior level Iyengar teacher Kathleen Pringle.
As a full time Yoga Teacher at Stillwater Yoga in Atlanta Johnny taught a wide range of classes Including; Vinyasa, restorative pranayama and others. Johnny has a wealth of experience in helping people over come injuries using Yoga as the primary therapeutic Tool. To deepen his knowledge of yoga philosophy, Johnny studied various schools of yogic thought under Swami Yogeshananda. Today He continues to explored the many different paths to holistic health, general wellness and human performance.
