By accessing or using the Studio Thirty A website (yogastudio30a.com) or participating in any classes, events, or services offered by Studio Thirty A, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Classes & Bookings

Class bookings are made through our booking platform (MindBody). All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Single class cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class start time to avoid being charged.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
• Private session deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the session.

4. Health & Liability Waiver

Yoga involves physical activity. By participating in any Studio Thirty A class or session, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating and that you assume all risks associated with yoga practice. Studio Thirty A is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our classes or use of our facilities.

If you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult a physician before participating and inform your instructor prior to class.

5. Photography & Media

Studio Thirty A may photograph or film classes for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify the instructor before class.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Studio Thirty A and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
