Amanda Bailey Background:

Amanda’s passion for yoga started in 2015. After several injuries from being an avid runner she was introduced to yoga by a close friend. Over the years she practiced Bikram, Ashtanga and Vinyasa power yoga.

In 2022, Amanda completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at YogaSt8 in Louisville KY. Amanda’s classes offer an upbeat, faster paced sequencing while using props including, but not limited to, blocks, straps, and towels. Classes may focus on particular muscle groups, joints, poses, arm balances and transitions.

The inspiration behind Amanda’s class is to have fun, build strength while tuning into your body and breath as it fuels your practice both physically and mentally.
