Event OverviewJoin us for an interactive discussion and guided meditation focused on transforming limited beliefs through the lens of quantum principles and neuroscience.
Together, we’ll explore how limiting beliefs can affect the body, nervous system, and energy field—often holding us in the patterns of our past. Through awareness and guided meditation, you’ll learn to shift your consciousness toward an unlimited, present state, where greater energy and possibility naturally arise.
This experience includes a full-body meditation, practiced lying down. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
Props will be provided—please bring an eye mask if you have one.
About the PresenterSwan Michelle is part of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Global Team as a Certified Neuro Change Consultant and Quantum Meditation Facilitator. She will guide an inspiring discussion on how basic neuroscience and data-backed meditation practices can bring the body and mind into greater coherence.
A suggested read before the session is “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Swan Michelle is also a teacher and sound facilitator at Yoga Studio Thirty-A, widely recognized throughout the Gulf Region for her work in yoga, sound therapy, and holistic wellness.
