Geoffrey Roniger has been a passionate practitioner of the art of yoga for 27 years. Although formally trained by Richard Rosen and Rodney Yee in the early 2000s, he is most grateful for the way that his mentors un-trained him from the habit of relying solely on external sources in the quest for truth and harmony. For the past two decades Geoffrey has been teaching voraciously, leading numerous workshops, retreats, and immersion programs around the country. Preferring the efficacy of small group and private lessons to large, impersonal classes, he has developed a unique teaching style that features creativity and accessibility as its cornerstones. He lives in New Orleans with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
